產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn) Features

1.燈具外殼：鑄鋁合金殼體壓鑄成型，表面噴塑；不銹鋼板拉伸成型；SMC或DMC模壓成型；
2.燈桿為鍍鋅鋼管表面噴塑。具有較好的防腐能力。基座采用鑄鐵制造而成，牢固穩(wěn)定。
3.燈桿和基座均可用戶要求特制。
4.電纜布線。

1.我公司生產(chǎn)的防爆高桿燈結(jié)構(gòu)合理、強(qiáng)度高，組裝、維修和更換光源方便，升降系統(tǒng)和電器系統(tǒng)技術(shù)先進(jìn)、性能可靠；
2.燈桿：采用優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素鋼板經(jīng)加工折彎，自動(dòng)焊接成型，燈桿的所有金屬構(gòu)件采用熱浸鋅防腐處理，并進(jìn)行鈍化處理，使所有內(nèi)外壁面均獲得妥善保護(hù)，以延長(zhǎng)使用壽命和節(jié)約維護(hù)費(fèi)用；
3.防爆配電控制系統(tǒng)：防爆控制箱固定于燈桿底部，內(nèi)置照明和電機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)，雙回路電力供電，可全負(fù)荷照明和部分照明，具有手控、光控及時(shí)控等多種控制方式， 可以滿足用戶的不同需求，采用拖纜方式供電，防爆控制箱和照明電纜采用特制的具有鎖定裝置的專(zhuān)用插件連接；
4.防爆自動(dòng)升降轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)：本系統(tǒng)由防爆電機(jī)、渦輪蝸桿、卷筒等組成，可以使燈盤(pán)在任何位置停止， 并設(shè)置過(guò)扭矩保護(hù)、具有自動(dòng)、手動(dòng)兩種操作功能；
5.掛鉤系統(tǒng)：本系統(tǒng)設(shè)置了自動(dòng)掛、脫鉤卸載裝置(且有限位開(kāi)關(guān))， 使燈盤(pán)不受風(fēng)力作用發(fā)生扭動(dòng)現(xiàn)象，主鋼纜處于卸荷狀態(tài)，可保證燈盤(pán)在惡劣天氣情況下處于穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)；
6.鋼纜導(dǎo)向滑輪系統(tǒng)：該組件由三組滑輪臂成120° 排列并被固定在燈桿頂部固定支撐上， 每組滑輪臂安裝有：a.終身潤(rùn)滑密封的特制軸承；b.專(zhuān)用于燈盤(pán)自動(dòng)鎖定， 脫落的卸載裝置；c.高分子非金屬絕緣材料的滑輪，對(duì)電纜表面無(wú)損傷；d.防止鋼纜滑出導(dǎo)向輪的限位裝置；
7.導(dǎo)向及制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)：此系統(tǒng)在燈盤(pán)正常上升和下降過(guò)程中起導(dǎo)向作用，一旦鋼絲繩發(fā)生斷裂時(shí)，此系統(tǒng)起制動(dòng)保護(hù)作用，防止燈盤(pán)墜落，導(dǎo)向系統(tǒng)通過(guò)彈簧壓緊的尼龍輪使燈盤(pán)在升降過(guò)程中始終處于對(duì)中位置，防止燈盤(pán)偏斜與燈桿碰撞、損傷燈桿或燈盤(pán)防腐表面，制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)由彼此成120°排列的三組裝置組成，由三塊制動(dòng)器同時(shí)鍥入燈桿來(lái)完成，一旦懸吊鋼繩再次拉緊，制動(dòng)器從燈桿上放松使燈盤(pán)可以重新升降，在鋼纜處于卸荷狀態(tài)時(shí)，制動(dòng)器始終保護(hù)鎖定，先進(jìn)的液壓制動(dòng)技術(shù)防止剛性沖擊，制動(dòng)力更大，制動(dòng)平穩(wěn)無(wú)噪聲；
8.防雷接地裝置：防爆高桿燈設(shè)置有專(zhuān)用的接地裝置，其接地電阻不大于10Ω；
9.所有機(jī)械傳動(dòng)部位均經(jīng)過(guò)非電器防爆處理。

3.Explosion-proof distribution system, explosion-proof control box isfixed on the base, built in lighting and motor control system, doublecircuits to supply power, light for part, it is with manual, optic controland timecontrol ways, which can satisfy different requirements, cablepulling supply, control box and lighting cable adopt special lockingdevice to connect;
4.Explosion-proof automatic lift and driving system: it is composed ofexplosion-proof motor, worm wheel and drum, lamp panel can stop atany position, torsional moment protection, with manual and auto
operation functions;
5.Hook system: this system is with auto loading and unloading device(with limit switch),the lamp panel will not move by the effect of wind,Main steel cable is in relief state, to ensure it can be in stable stateeven in bad weather;
6.Steel cable guide block system: it is composed of three groups ofblock arm of120°,arranged and fixed on the top pf lamp pole, eachgroup mounting:a.life time lubricate seal axletree; b.Special lamp panel can be lockedby itself, drop unloading device; c.Macromolecule non-metal insulationmaterial axletree, it does not damage the surface of cable; d.Limtdevice can prevent the steel cable from going out of the guiaing axletree;
7.Guiding and break system: it is used to guide the lift of lamp panel,if the steel cable breaks, this can make break protection to preventthe lamp panel falling off. Guiding system can make the panel on themiddli position during the lift by nylon wheel to avoid panel crashingwith pole and damage the lamp pole. Break system can be 120°,theyare arranged for three groups, three break devices built in the lamppole, when the hanging steel cable strained again, break device canloose and the panel can lift again.When the steel cable is under therelief state,break device is locked all the time. Advanced liquid breaktechnology can prevent steel impact, strong break force without noise;
8.Lightning protecting earth device: The are special earth device on theexplosion-proof high lamp, the earth resistance is not more than 10Ω;
9.All the mechanicaldrive parts are treated with non-electric equipmentexplosion-proof treatment.
